The IRURI A-Pillar Light Mount is a purpose-built auxiliary lighting system developed specifically for Jeep Wrangler JL and Gladiator JT. Each main mount is machined from a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum for a clean, integrated installation using the vehicle's existing factory mounting points.
Manufacturing
Each main mount begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum. Unlike conventional brackets made by cutting and bending sheet metal, material is progressively removed through 5-axis CNC machining until the final three-dimensional component remains.
The main structure is machined directly from solid aluminum billet rather than formed from folded sheet metal.
Multi-directional machining allows complex surfaces, angles and mounting interfaces to be produced with consistent geometry.
Structural function and visual form are developed specifically around the Jeep A-pillar architecture.
Patented Surface Treatment
IRURI uses a proprietary patented metal surface-treatment formula developed specifically for long-term outdoor use.
