Large-format equipment (including Roof Racks, Cargo Storage Systems, Interior Sleep Platforms, and Side Steps) relies on marine container freight combined with domestic linehaul and liftgate trucks.
International ocean freight coverage differs fundamentally from courier networks. Availability of DHL or FedEx at a destination does not confirm feasibility for heavy freight cargo. Freight capability must be verified against target postal codes, local terminal facilities, and seasonal carrier schedules.

Where products state “FREE SHIPPING” or “SHIPPING INCLUDED”, standard ocean logistics to these primary markets are covered. Remote interior regions, offshore islands, and restricted access zones are excluded from flat coverage.
Standard-sized air parcels deliver normally via local Japanese courier services without unique property constraints.
If a residential destination is submitted for an oversized consignment, our dispatch department will pause the order to confirm an eligible commercial drop-off point before release.
Express air shipping operates subject to local carrier clearance. Due to federal tax, customs, and duty processing regulations, IRURI does not bundle Brazilian import taxes, local state duties, or clearance handling costs into the store retail price unless stated explicitly. Heavy freight requires individual pre-order routing analysis.
Small package express operates normally under international carrier terms. However, IRURI does not maintain an active ocean consolidation route for oversized hardware into Argentina. Clients ordering Roof Racks or Platforms must coordinate with our support team for a custom quote prior to ordering.
Absence from our standard ocean freight matrix does not indicate an inability to fulfill. Standard products will deploy via DHL/FedEx wherever supported.
