Solid-Billet 5-Axis CNC Construction
One Billet.
One Continuous Structure.
Each handle is manufactured from a single solid
aluminum-magnesium alloy billet.
The grip form, outer frame, mounting interfaces and accessory
mounting geometry are machined directly into the billet,
producing one continuous component rather than a collection
of stamped or cast structural sections.
Five-axis CNC machining allows the tool to approach the billet
from multiple directions, making it possible to create the
complex internal transitions, recesses and multi-face geometry
required by the final handle architecture.

the billet itself becomes the finished structure.
