TANK 500 · A-PILLAR LIGHTING
The IRURI A-Pillar Light Mount is a purpose-built auxiliary lighting platform developed specifically for the TANK 500 and TANK 500 Hi4-T.
Each main mount is 5-axis CNC-machined from solid aluminum-magnesium alloy billet, creating an integrated structural form developed around the vehicle's A-pillar and existing factory attachment locations.
Dedicated left and right mounting positions provide a clean platform for compatible auxiliary LED lighting while preserving the original vehicle structure. Installation requires no drilling, cutting or permanent body modification.
Manufacturing Process
Each main mount begins as a solid billet of aluminum-magnesium alloy. Through 5-axis CNC machining, mounting surfaces, connection points and three-dimensional geometry are machined directly into the material until the final structural component is formed.
Unlike conventional brackets produced primarily through sheet-metal cutting and bending, the main structure is created directly from solid billet.
