The IRURI A-Pillar Light Mount is a purpose-built auxiliary lighting platform developed specifically for the TANK 300.
Each main mount is 5-axis CNC-machined from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet, creating an integrated structural form shaped around the vehicle's A-pillar and existing factory attachment locations.
The left and right mounting platforms provide dedicated positions for compatible auxiliary LED lighting while preserving the original vehicle structure. Installation requires no drilling or permanent body modification.
Manufacturing Process
From Solid Billet
to Finished Component.
Each main mount begins as a solid billet of 6061-T6 aluminum. Through 5-axis CNC machining, the mounting surfaces, connection points and three-dimensional geometry are progressively machined directly into the material until the final structural component is formed.
Unlike conventional brackets produced primarily through sheet-metal cutting and bending, the main structure is created directly from solid billet.
The main structure is machined directly from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet rather than formed from folded sheet metal.
Multi-directional machining allows complex surfaces, mounting interfaces and connection geometry to be produced directly within the component.
The mounting geometry is developed around the TANK 300 A-pillar and its existing factory attachment locations.
