Each left and right cover is 5-axis CNC-machined from solid aluminum-magnesium alloy billet, creating an integrated form developed around the original Jeep mirror housing.
The system helps shield exposed mirror housing surfaces while providing a dedicated interface for compatible action cameras. Installation requires no drilling or permanent modification to the vehicle.
Manufacturing Process
Each mirror cover begins as solid aluminum-magnesium alloy billet. Through 5-axis CNC machining, the exterior form, mounting interfaces and camera-mount geometry are machined directly into the material.
This integrated manufacturing approach allows the main cover structure to be created as a precision-machined component rather than a folded sheet-metal shell.
