The IRURI A-Pillar Light Mount is a purpose-built auxiliary lighting platform developed specifically for the Lexus GX550.
Each main mount is 5-axis CNC-machined from solid aluminum-magnesium alloy billet, creating an integrated structural form developed around the GX550 A-pillar and existing factory mounting locations.
An integrated accessory interface supports compatible auxiliary LED lighting and action-camera configurations while maintaining a clean, vehicle-integrated installation.
Manufacturing
Each main mount begins as a solid billet of aluminum-magnesium alloy. Through 5-axis CNC machining, mounting surfaces, connection points and three-dimensional geometry are machined directly into the material until the final structural component is formed.
Unlike conventional brackets formed primarily through sheet-metal cutting and bending, the main structure is created directly from solid billet.
