How do you support heavy expedition gear without cutting into the roof? We bypassed destructive fasteners entirely and engineered a dedicated Factory Rail Clamp-On System. Instead of pressing down on the fragile fiberglass shell, our custom-machined mechanical clamps wrap securely around the Bronco's rigid factory hardtop perimeter steel tracks.

The downward load and lateral forces are mathematically distributed along the strongest structural pillars of the chassis, not the roof skin. Equipped with compressed isolator pads, the mount eliminates metal-on-SMC friction, reducing torsional stress to zero during high-speed off-road articulation. No structural distortion, no compromised seals, zero leaks.

Convertible Convenience: Stop Driving a Sail to Work

The traditional full-length roof rack suffers from a massive design contradiction. It’s indispensable when you’re hauling storage cases and recovery boards for a 10-day overland trip. But on Monday morning during your city commute? It becomes a massive aerodynamic drag—generating deafening wind noise, draining fuel, and making parking garages a game of low-clearance roulette.

Our answer is True Modularity through a Convertible Footprint. The IRURI rack utilizes an innovative bolt-together layout that allows you to alter the footprint of your setup in minutes to suit the trip. In Full-Length Expedition Mode, you get the maximum loading platform wheel-to-wheel, ready for heavy overland cargo. In Short-Rack Commuter Mode, the forward section easily unbolts or folds back, stripping away the daily bulk. Weighed between 16kg to 25.3kg depending on your configuration, you only carry the mass you actually need, completely killing highway whistle and garage anxiety.

While flat slot-based platforms have their place for hyper-specific grid configurations, we chose a robust High-Strength Tubular Steel Architecture for this modular system to prioritize absolute off-road durability and structural restraint. More importantly, we refuse to trap you in an expensive proprietary ecosystem just to secure basic gear. Every crossbar and perimeter rail is an instant, rock-solid tie-down. Any off-the-shelf ratchet strap, rope, or cargo net can wrap directly around the tubing and cinch down tight.

Open-Air Freedom: Keep Your Freedom Panels Accessible

Many "convertible" racks on the market come with a catch: to remove your front factory roof panels, you have to perform an awkward balancing act—standing on your rear tires or hood just to reach the inner factory latches under the platform. The IRURI architecture features Intelligent Spatial Clearance.
