We entirely bypassed cheap traditional casting. Utilizing our high-precision CNC molding process, each mount is carved from a solid block of 6061 aerospace-grade aluminum. Those distinct structural grooves aren't just for aesthetics; they are engineered pockets designed to reduce weight while creating ribbed structures that maximize rigidity. Finished with a hard-anodized black coating, it delivers a pure, premium metallic texture built to withstand the elements.

Adjustability & Clean Wiring

Instead of restrictive fixed holes, we integrated a smooth sliding track design. This gives you the freedom to easily adjust and perfectly align standard 3 inch LED pod lights for the ideal beam angle. Plus, we designed specific structural clearances beneath the bracket, allowing you to seamlessly tuck your auxiliary light wiring directly into the cowl setup for a tidy, professional look.
