ZERO-TO-END CNC:
THE NEW STANDARD FOR BRONCO

Every Bronco owner knows the struggle: you want front-end protection, but traditional steel bull bars are heavy. This excessive weight causes front-end sag and compromises your daily driving experience. At IRURI, we turned to Material Science to find a better way.

At IRURI, we refused to compromise. We turned to Material Science to find a better way. The result is the Zero-to-End CNC Modular System—a new paradigm in off-road protection without the traditional weight penalties.

The Art of Subtraction

Our proprietary Zero-to-End CNC process means each unit is machined from a solid billet of high-tensile alloy. No welds. No thermal deformation. Just pure structural integrity.

Aerospace Grade Alloy

Crafted from premium Aluminum-Magnesium (Al-Mg), this system offers the strength of steel at only 15kg (33lbs), keeping your exterior build lightweight and agile without unnecessary bulk.

OEM+ Fitment

Precision 3D mapping ensures a clean, OEM+ look that feels factory-direct. We focused on exterior aesthetic upgrades that harmonize with the vehicle's natural lines. True bolt-on installation—no drilling required.

Modular Freedom

Adapt on the fly. The modular interface allows for seamless integration of auxiliary lighting and storage solutions, while the quick-release wings let you switch to a high-clearance Stinger configuration in seconds.
